Abstract
With the complication of electric vehicles operating conditions, damage caused by overheating insulated gate bipolar transistor and freewheeling diode that are core components motor controller has become a key factor restricting development vehicles. The is primarily cooled radiator, heat exchange radiator includes transfer between sources walls convection cooling medium walls. A fluid–solid coupling model for analyzing was established. flow field performances main influencing factors were analyzed, correctness method verified experiments. To improve design efficiency based on target temperature, installation position liquid fluid parameters, heating power proposed. This can quickly calculate evaluate dissipation capability radiator. using this established in computational dynamics software, results show relative error simulation within 20%.
